Terms of Service

By purchasing from Soles Cigars, you agree that you are at least 21 years old and legally allowed to purchase tobacco products.

All sales are final. Soles Cigars does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Soles Cigars is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package is accepted by UPS or another shipping carrier, delivery responsibility belongs to the carrier. If a delivery issue occurs, Soles Cigars will assist the customer by contacting UPS and helping with the investigation or claim process when applicable.

Soles Cigars reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, age restriction issues, address problems, payment issues, or legal restrictions are suspected.
