All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All purchases made through Soles Cigars are final once the order is placed.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect product selection, change of mind, opened products, used products, or products that have already been shipped.
If there is an issue with your order, such as a missing package, delayed delivery, or delivery problem with UPS, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number. We will contact UPS and work with them to investigate and help resolve the matter.
Soles Cigars is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by UPS or any shipping carrier after the package has been accepted by the carrier. However, we will assist the customer by opening or supporting a UPS claim when applicable.
Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tobacco products.
