Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Soles Cigars offers a monthly membership that gives customers 15% off eligible products for one month from the date of purchase.

The membership discount is valid for one month only and applies to eligible products available on our website. Some products, promotions, taxes, shipping fees, or special offers may be excluded.

Membership purchases are final and non-refundable once activated or used.

If the membership is set to renew automatically, customers may cancel the membership at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Canceling a membership stops future renewals but does not refund the current active month.

If the membership is not set to renew automatically, it will expire at the end of the one-month period and no cancellation is required.

Soles Cigars reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the membership program if fraud, misuse, payment issues, or violation of store policies is suspected.
