Shipping Policy
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
We ship using UPS or another available carrier when needed. Once an order is shipped, the customer will receive tracking information.
Soles Cigars is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If UPS does not deliver the package, the customer must contact Soles Cigars with the order number and tracking number. We will contact UPS and work with them to investigate and help resolve the issue.
UPS claims for lost or damaged packages must generally be started within the carrier’s claim period. UPS states that claims for lost or damaged packages should be started within 60 days of the scheduled delivery date.
